PEAK VIEW

This home was designed to capture the sensational views over Lake Wanaka and the surrounding mountain range. The primarily living areas and master suite are oriented for solar gain and the views on the first floor with bedrooms below. The building envelope was pushed to its limits to create a generous 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, multiple living area and double garage home with ample storage throughout. The kahu profile coloursteel cladding and bagged brick were selected for their low maintenance qualities. The contrasting black and white colours and natural wood tones create an elegant interior space.
